Phase two of our recently completed Mornish project looks upward, transforming the generous loft of this bungalow into a new layer of living. The proposal introduces a spacious guest suite, a bunk room, and a shared bathroom, arranged around a brightened landing that doubles as a quiet office and reading nook.

Openings carved through for the new stair, alongside carefully positioned skylights, draw daylight down into the heart of the home, turning what was once unused volume into something warm and inhabited.

Still on the drawing board, the design is evolving—gaining clarity, character, and momentum as it takes shape.
